Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements for various clients.
  • Prepare and organise audit working papers and documentation in accordance with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial statement accounts.
  • Document and assess client internal controls, identifying deficiencies and suggesting improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with client personnel to obtain necessary information and clarify audit findings.
  • Collaborate with senior auditors and managers to ensure timely completion of audit tasks.
  • Research accounting principles and financial reporting issues to support audit conclusions.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and professional development initiatives.
  • Adhere to professional ethics and firm independence policies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or actively pursuing professional qualification).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
