Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively on the first contact.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Proactively identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions or services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and comfortable learning new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote call center or customer service role.
