Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to facilities, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter.
- Verify identification, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate logs of all entries and exits.
- Operate and monitor security surveillance cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, following established protocols.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
- Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
- Provide clear and concise instructions and assistance to visitors and staff regarding security procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and management to enhance security measures and resolve issues.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Basic computer proficiency for log entry and system monitoring
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to the job site
