Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Account Managers in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to clients to identify needs, foster engagement, and communicate product updates and new features.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and product demonstrations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions in collaboration with support teams.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the sales team on upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Participate in internal team meetings, sharing client feedback and contributing to strategic discussions.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements to effectively advise clients.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
  • Bilingualism (e.g., French, Spanish) is an asset.
