Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries from clients and internal teams regarding account status and related services.

  • Support the account services team with various administrative duties to ensure smooth departmental operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of all transactions.
