Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with keen attention to detail.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phones, routing calls, and managing email inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members as needed.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and expense reporting.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them appropriately and maintaining a professional reception area.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as they arise.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies and procedures.

Required Skills
