Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.

- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using various office software.
