Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense report preparation.

  • Process and track invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
  • Undertake special projects and research tasks as assigned by senior staff.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
