Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full product lifecycle, from concept generation and detailed design to manufacturing support and in-service performance monitoring.
  • Conduct experimental testing, interpret data, and provide recommendations for design improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of components.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation.
  • Adhere to strict industry standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a knowledge-sharing environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
  • Solid understanding of aerodynamic principles, structural mechanics, and materials science.
  • Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or MATLAB for data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards it.
