Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners through various channels (networks, outreach, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with necessary tools and support.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional terms.
- Monitor affiliate performance daily, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize ROI, conversion rates, and overall program effectiveness.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to motivate affiliates and maximize their productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and asset availability.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant marketing regulations and brand guidelines across all affiliate activities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, demonstrating successful campaign management and growth.
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking technologies, and reporting tools.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
