Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the maintenance, repair, and assembly of agricultural equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on various machinery components.
- Clean, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop area to ensure operational readiness and safety.
- Support field operations by assisting with equipment setup, breakdown, and transport.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Document maintenance and repair activities accurately and thoroughly.
Required Skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn about machinery.
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
