Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general farm duties including planting, cultivating, irrigating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Conduct weeding, pruning, thinning, and other crop maintenance tasks.
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of agricultural products and supplies.
- Monitor crop health and report any signs of disease or pest infestation to supervisors.
- Clean and maintain farm buildings, work areas, and equipment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet).
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices or willingness to learn.
