Key Responsibilities
- Perform various duties related to crop cultivation, including planting, seeding, watering, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., tractors, tillers, irrigation systems).
- Assist with harvesting crops manually and using appropriate tools.
- Sort, grade, clean, and pack produce for storage and shipment.
- Monitor crop health, identify pests or diseases, and report findings to supervisors.
- Conduct general farm maintenance, including fence repair, building upkeep, and field preparation.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and food handling standards.
