Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and register VIP guests, managing check-in and lounge access procedures efficiently and discreetly.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs proactively, offering personalized assistance and information regarding flights, amenities, and local services.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort within the lounge area, including seating, dining, and restroom facilities.
- Manage and replenish food and beverage services, ensuring presentation standards and availability meet guest expectations.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism, courtesy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale systems accurately when required.
- Collaborate effectively with airport staff, security, and airline partners to ensure seamless guest transitions.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist with special events or VIP bookings as directed by lounge management.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or operational issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to guest experience.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, hospitality, or client-facing role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to provide discreet and attentive service to a discerning clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and point-of-sale operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
