Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
- Develop, execute, and monitor Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to maximize ROI.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform content strategy.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales forecasts to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, coordinating with supply chain as needed.
- Analyze sales data, traffic reports, and other key performance indicators to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for growth.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and market share.
- Manage customer reviews and feedback, ensuring positive brand reputation and addressing any issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain compliance and optimize performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Proven expertise in Amazon SEO, including keyword research and listing optimization.
- Demonstrable experience with Amazon PPC campaign creation, management, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
