Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, preparing them for shipment according to company standards.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and containers, often manually or using basic material handling equipment.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code.
- Scan and track inventory items using handheld devices and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet required standards before dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards immediately to management.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
