Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout, identify, and evaluate emerging artists across various genres through live performances, digital platforms, and industry networks.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, producers, managers, and other key industry figures.
- Negotiate and facilitate artist signing deals, ensuring alignment with label objectives and artist needs.
- Provide creative input and guidance during the demo and recording processes, helping artists refine their sound and vision.
- Monitor music industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, publicity, and production teams to develop comprehensive artist development and release strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on potential signings, market analysis, and artist progress to senior management.
