Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the gallery, providing information about current exhibitions and artists.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of art installations, ensuring careful handling and display of artworks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the gallery space, including exhibition areas, reception, and common areas.
- Process sales of artworks, merchandise, and tickets accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing inquiries.
- Assist with inventory management, labeling, and documentation of artworks.
- Support gallery events, workshops, and private viewings, including setup, guest registration, and breakdown.
- Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere for all visitors and fellow team members.
