Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors to the gallery, providing information about current exhibitions and artists.
  • Assist with the setup and dismantling of art installations, ensuring careful handling and display of artworks.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the gallery space, including exhibition areas, reception, and common areas.
  • Process sales of artworks, merchandise, and tickets accurately using point-of-sale systems.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing inquiries.
  • Assist with inventory management, labeling, and documentation of artworks.
  • Support gallery events, workshops, and private viewings, including setup, guest registration, and breakdown.
  • Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere for all visitors and fellow team members.

Required Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
