Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with all signed artists.
- Act as the primary point of contact for artists, addressing inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly.
- Collaborate with A&R to identify, scout, and sign new talent.
- Coordinate with marketing, publicity, and digital teams to execute artist campaigns and promotions.
- Manage artist schedules, travel, and logistics for performances, studio sessions, and promotional events.
- Negotiate and oversee artist agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Provide strategic guidance and support for artists' career development and long-term goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform artist strategies.
- Facilitate communication and feedback loops between artists and various label departments.
- Prepare reports on artist activity, performance metrics, and relationship health.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in artist relations, talent management, or A&R within the music industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Deep understanding of the music industry landscape, including trends, technology, and legal aspects.
