Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough visual and physical inspections of assembled products and components.
  • Identify and document defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards.
  • Utilize basic measuring tools and equipment accurately (training provided).
  • Report quality issues promptly to supervisors and relevant production teams.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company quality standards and product specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, logs, and reports.
  • Participate in preliminary root cause analysis for identified defects.
  • Comply with all company safety protocols and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with assembly personnel to address and resolve quality concerns.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
