Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and complete our comprehensive training program.
- Learn and master proper auto glass repair, removal, and replacement techniques for various vehicle types.
- Safely and efficiently remove damaged vehicle glass (windshields, side glass, back glass).
- Prepare new glass for installation, including cleaning and applying sealants.
- Install new glass using specialized tools and adhering to manufacturer specifications.
- Assist with recalibrating Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) in vehicles with windshield-mounted cameras, as trained.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-inspection of vehicles to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining services and procedures clearly and courteously.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn a skilled trade.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various physical positions.
- Commitment to learning, professional development, and continuous improvement.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
