Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in and complete our comprehensive training program.
  • Learn and master proper auto glass repair, removal, and replacement techniques for various vehicle types.
  • Safely and efficiently remove damaged vehicle glass (windshields, side glass, back glass).
  • Prepare new glass for installation, including cleaning and applying sealants.
  • Install new glass using specialized tools and adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Assist with recalibrating Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) in vehicles with windshield-mounted cameras, as trained.
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-inspection of vehicles to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, explaining services and procedures clearly and courteously.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn a skilled trade.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various physical positions.
  • Commitment to learning, professional development, and continuous improvement.
  • Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hands-on trade, general labour, or automotive-related environment (e.g., detailing, tire tech) is an asset.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics or automotive systems.
  • Prior customer service experience.
