Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and train the sales team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and customer service effectiveness.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring an optimal mix of new and used vehicles to meet customer demand and sales goals.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, share best practices, and inspire team cohesion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth vehicle financing and leasing processes.
- Participate in regional sales events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in automotive sales management.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Profound understanding of automotive sales processes, F&I, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems (DMS).
- Valid British Columbia driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications
