Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line technical support for AWS-based infrastructure and services.
- Monitor AWS environments and respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, etc.).
- Escalate complex problems to senior engineers and follow through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Assist in the implementation of routine system maintenance tasks and updates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Required Skills
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
