Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following established coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software defects and issues.
- Contribute to the optimization and scaling of existing backend systems.
- Learn and apply new technologies, tools, and best practices under guidance.
- Document technical specifications and assist in maintaining system documentation.
- Engage in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, C#).
- Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful API concepts and principles.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
