Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial budgets, manage expenditures, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Act as a liaison between the council, staff, and community members, ensuring effective communication channels.
- Develop, recommend, and implement community policies, programs, and strategic plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant federal, provincial, and local laws, regulations, and agreements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations for the council, funding bodies, and stakeholders.
- Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and policy adherence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Identify funding opportunities and oversee the preparation and submission of grant applications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in public administration, community management, or a related field.
- Exceptional financial management, budgeting, and reporting skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
