Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, and loan payments.
- Balance cash drawer daily with precision, adhering to strict cash handling procedures and security protocols.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about bank products and services, and direct them to appropriate colleagues for specialized assistance.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell suitable banking products or refer leads to sales specialists.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional, friendly, and resolve issues effectively.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal operational policies.
- Verify customer identities and transaction authenticity to prevent fraud and protect customer assets.
- Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Required Skills
