Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, and loan payments.
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services, making appropriate referrals to other banking specialists.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding customer accounts and transactions.
- Assist customers with basic account inquiries and online banking support.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment within the branch.
