You will act as a primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance, helping them navigate their financial needs with ease and confidence. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally or escalating as necessary.
  • Assist Account Managers in preparing client reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Process account opening, closing, and maintenance requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records within the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client service and support relationship growth.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing documents, and organizing files.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Support the team in achieving operational targets and service level agreements.
