Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional in-person and telephone customer service.
  • Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries.
  • Identify client needs and proactively recommend suitable banking products and services (e.g., savings accounts, credit cards, loans, investment options).
  • Assist clients with digital banking platforms and educate them on self-service options.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements, bank policies, and security procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field.
