Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and external regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly, escalating complex cases to management.
  • Support the branch manager and other team members with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and skills.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
