Key Responsibilities
- Process daily banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Perform account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items promptly.
- Assist with the maintenance of customer accounts, ensuring data integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide essential operational support to front-line staff, addressing inquiries related to banking procedures and system functionalities.
- Monitor and process various banking reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Participate in the implementation and testing of new operational procedures and banking systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
- Support audit preparations by gathering and organizing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking operations or a related financial services role.
