Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet tables, chairs, place settings, and décor according to event diagrams and client specifications.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests during events.
- Clear tables, replenish items, and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
- Assist with breakdown and clean-up of event spaces post-event, ensuring all items are stored properly.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other event personnel.
- Adhere to all food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Assist with general event preparation and breakdown tasks as required.
