Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with proper care and cleanliness.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and back-of-house, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Restock inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving minor issues, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
- Learn new menu items, recipes, and promotional offers to accurately inform customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
