Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients robustly in court, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution settings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to formulate comprehensive case strategies.
- Provide expert legal opinions and advice to clients and internal teams.
- Draft and review complex legal documents, pleadings, and briefs.
- Prepare witnesses and evidence for trial, ensuring all aspects of a case are thoroughly developed.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients' best interests.
- Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethical practice.

Required Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing membership with the Maine State Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience as a barrister or litigator.
