Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, assisting with stock rotation and ordering supplies.
- Adhere to responsible serving practices and age verification policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the development of new cocktail recipes and beverage menus.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Set up and break down the bar area before and after service.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a high-volume setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
