Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Craft classic and innovative cocktails with precision, speed, and artistic flair.
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and report any shortages promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and licensing regulations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Stay updated on new cocktail trends, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic cocktail recipes.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain composure.
- Strong attention to detail, presentation, and a genuine passion for mixology.
- Basic math skills for handling cash, processing payments, and managing inventory.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25kg when stocking supplies.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced mixology certification or relevant bartending training.
- Experience with various POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Familiarity with local licensing laws and regulations in the UK.
