Key Responsibilities
- Routinely inspect, clean, and sanitize all restroom facilities (toilets, sinks, floors, mirrors, walls) to the highest standards throughout shifts.
- Ensure all dispensers (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) are fully stocked and functional at all times.
- Proactively address any spills, mess, or issues promptly and efficiently to maintain a pristine environment.
- Monitor and report any maintenance needs, damages, or potential hazards in the restrooms to management immediately.
- Assist guests with minor needs discreetly and courteously, such as providing fresh towels or offering amenities, if applicable.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all patrons.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company sanitation policies.
- Manage waste disposal and ensure waste bins are emptied regularly.
- Perform opening and closing duties related to restroom maintenance as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial services, preferably in a hospitality or public venue setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
