Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of skin treatments including facials, exfoliation, hydration therapies, and anti-aging treatments.
- Deliver professional hair removal services such as waxing, threading, and laser hair reduction (if qualified).
- Provide expert hair treatments including scalp massages, deep conditioning, and basic styling advice.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and customize service plans.
- Maintain a pristine and hygienic work environment, strictly adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointment scheduling, maintain accurate client records, and process payments efficiently.
- Actively promote and sell salon products, demonstrating knowledge and confidence in their benefits.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product advancements through continuous learning.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable salon experience.

Required Skills
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
