Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service and in-depth product knowledge across our cosmetics and skincare ranges.
- Conduct skin consultations and make tailored product recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences.
- Perform product demonstrations and mini-makeovers to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization within the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Stay informed about new product launches, beauty trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product display updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns professionally and courteously.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, or skincare.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Strong passion for beauty products and a genuine desire to help customers.
