Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, personalized beauty advice and product recommendations to customers across cosmetics and skincare.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Perform makeup demonstrations, skincare consultations, and product trials.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation, product displays, and inventory levels.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and card payments.
- Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
