Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level product knowledge and personalized consultations for cosmetics and skincare.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through engaging customer interactions and product recommendations.
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare demonstrations tailored to individual client needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Stay informed about new product launches, beauty trends, and competitor offerings.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and manage inventory as required.
- Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in beauty retail or customer-facing sales role.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable passion for cosmetics, skincare, and the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of various skin types, makeup techniques, and product ingredients.
