Your role will be pivotal in driving sales through authentic engagement and building long-lasting relationships with our clientele. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and personalised product recommendations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and make-up applications to showcase product benefits.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business through exceptional service.
- Maintain an immaculate and well-stocked counter, ensuring visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Actively participate in in-store events, promotions, and product launches.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organising stock.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in beauty retail or a customer-facing sales role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong product knowledge in skincare, makeup, and/or fragrance.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to help others.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal qualification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.
