Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup applications.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend appropriate services and products, and customize treatment plans.
- Maintain a pristine and hygienic treatment area, adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend retail products to support their beauty and wellness goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and professional communication.
- Manage client appointments efficiently and contribute to salon cleanliness and organization.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and training.
Required Skills
- Valid state esthetician or cosmetology license in Louisiana.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Beauty Therapist or Esthetician.
- Proficiency in various facial techniques, body treatments, and hair removal (waxing).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong client consultation and sales abilities.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
