Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the enrollment, changes, and termination processes for various employee benefit plans.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefits records and databases, ensuring data integrity.
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding benefits coverage, eligibility, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute benefits-related communications and materials to employees.
  • Process benefits-related forms and documentation, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the benefits team with annual open enrollment activities and new hire orientations.
  • Assist in reconciling benefits invoices and preparing reports as required.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of benefits policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources and Benefits departments.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and improve benefits administration processes.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
