Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and send out client invoices accurately and on time.
- Process adjustments and credit memos as required, ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation, adhering to company policies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to billing inquiries from clients and internal teams.
- Reconcile billing statements and meticulously resolve any discrepancies.
- Support senior billing specialists with various administrative tasks, including report generation.
- Ensure strict compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to gather necessary billing information and resolve issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve billing processes and efficiency.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data entry and communication.
