You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, including conceptualization, architecture, smart contract development, backend integration, and testing. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable smart contracts (e.g., Solidity on Ethereum, Rust on Solana).
- Implement and integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Conduct thorough testing, auditing, and debugging of smart contracts and dApps.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of decentralized applications.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one blockchain-specific language (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Go).
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals (e.g., EVM, UTXO, consensus algorithms).
- Experience with blockchain frameworks/platforms (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, Substrate).
- Familiarity with cryptographic principles and secure coding practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Optimistic Rollups, ZK-Rollups).
- Familiarity with IPFS, Filecoin, or other decentralized storage solutions.
- Knowledge of Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar blockchain interaction libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
- Experience with tokenomics and NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155).
