Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program covering all aspects of taproom operations.
- Assist in daily taproom management, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service, educate guests on beer offerings, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Learn and implement efficient POS system usage, order taking, and payment processing.
- Support the Taproom Manager in staff supervision, scheduling, and training new team members.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Help coordinate and execute taproom events, special releases, and promotional activities.
- Contribute to inventory management, including stocking, rotating, and minimizing waste of products.
- Engage with guests, resolve issues professionally, and gather feedback to improve service.
