Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a structured training program covering all aspects of taproom operations.
  • Assist in daily taproom management, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, educate guests on beer offerings, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Learn and implement efficient POS system usage, order taking, and payment processing.
  • Support the Taproom Manager in staff supervision, scheduling, and training new team members.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Help coordinate and execute taproom events, special releases, and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to inventory management, including stocking, rotating, and minimizing waste of products.
  • Engage with guests, resolve issues professionally, and gather feedback to improve service.

  • Cicerone Certified Beer Server or similar beer knowledge certification.
  • Proven leadership potential or experience in a supervisory role.
