As a Bridge Construction Laborer, you will be an integral part of a dynamic crew, working alongside experienced professionals on exciting and challenging projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., carpenters, ironworkers, concrete finishers) with various tasks on site.
- Perform general labor duties, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
- Prepare and clean work areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth using hand tools and power equipment.
- Assist in the pouring, spreading, and finishing of concrete.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support the team in maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
