Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, ensuring the security and safety of the premises.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or breaches.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and security-related incidents.
  • Assist in the enforcement of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all individuals on site.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff with inquiries and directions.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
  • Report and escalate any safety hazards or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance security skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of access control systems and issue visitor passes when required.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Reliability and punctuality are paramount.
  • Basic computer proficiency for report writing and system monitoring.
