Key Responsibilities
- Monitor premises regularly to maintain order and detect potential security risks.
- Control access points, verify credentials, and greet visitors with professionalism.
- Operate security equipment such as CCTV, alarm systems, and communication devices.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, following established protocols.
- Conduct routine patrols, both internal and external, documenting observations and reporting irregularities.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Assist in emergency evacuations and provide basic first aid when necessary (training will be provided).
- Collaborate effectively with team members, management, and emergency services.
- Uphold a high standard of professional conduct and customer service at all times.
